Hair Studio Level System

Associate
New to salon and/or newly graduated school. They are in a 6-18 month training program with Artistic Director. The new Associates will be running promotions on their services to help them build a family of clientele. Their requirements are continuing education in and out of the salon and will be mentored by the Artistic Director and Mentor Stylists.

Designer
Stylists have had 2-6 years of experience in the salon. They are required to do continuing education in and out of the salon. Including attending one major trade show a year, two classes and training with the Artistic Director. They also assist the new associates.

Mentor
Stylists have had 6-10 years of service in the salon. They have had extensive continuing education in and out of the salon. They have worked closely with the Artistic Director to move ahead with their career in the salon. They are able to mentor the new associates and Designer Stylists. They also help organize and assist with in salon education.

Artistic Director
They have 10+ years in the salon and include the owner and other senior stylists. They assist with and organize all continuing education. The Artistic Directors have been to many major trade shows and classes all over the country. They are master stylists in cutting, coloring and styling. They support, mentor and assist all staff members.
